The business can post jobs anytime. Click on the 'Post New Jon' on the Personal centre page.
At this stage, you need to fill in basic information about the company, position, and related information.
The star-marked information is all mandatory to fill. The posted job is reflected on your dashboard.
Put the job title. It is important to put in an apt title for it to be easily visible and clear.
Pick the correct job function from the drop-down list.
Select the type of recruitment and position as full-time, part-time or internship.
Pick the job location, either remote or based in a country. You can select the country name from the drop-down list.
Fill in the job description including the job responsibilities and requirements you are looking for as a candidate. Any other useful URL can be provided for reference.
The steps above are important and should be cross-checked as users will use filters accordingly to find a job and incorrect input here can filter out your job post.
The next section is about compensation. Enter the details and click confirm at the bottom.
You can see the posted job in the Position list on your Personal center page.
From the Talentre archive, pick the achievement you are looking for in that position. It's not mandatory but will help users to get to know the job requirements better.
Add the compensation part - base salary and equity distribution. You can also choose not to. Then click Next.
