Token Incentive Program

In the "Overview" section, it is mentioned that 50% of the total supply is allocated for user incentives.

The following is the explanation of the allocation of the remaining 50% of the tokens.

Periodic rewards (25%/20 million):

1. Monthly Active User Rewards (5%)

Qualification: Top 100 users with the most achievements completed and top 100 users in Exercise ranking of the month

Reward:

• Top 10: 50 tokens per user

• Top 50: 20 tokens per user

• Top 100: 10 tokens per user

Unlock condition: Cumulative for the month, linearly released in the next month

1. Ranking Rewards (5%)

Qualification: Top 3 users in the web3 career line of the month

Reward: 50 tokens per user

Unlock condition: Cumulative for the month, linearly released in the next month

1. Community Activist Rewards (5%)

Qualification: Top 10 most active users in the community per quarter (determined by the number of posts, likes, etc.)

Reward: 100 tokens per user

Unlock condition: Cumulative for the quarter, linearly released in the next quarter

1. Competition Rewards (10%)

Qualification: Top 3 users who win weekly/monthly/quarterly competitions

Reward: Weekly total reward of 450 tokens, with 200, 150, and 100 tokens for top 1, 2, and 3, respectively Monthly total reward of 900 tokens, with 400, 300, and 200 tokens for top 1, 2, and 3, respectively Quarterly total reward of 1500 tokens, with 600, 500, and 400 tokens for top 1, 2, and 3, respectively

Unlock condition: Released linearly according to the frequency of the competition, such as quarterly rewards released quarterly.

Introduce to Earn (23%/23 million):

1. Referral Rewards (10%)

Qualification (all conditions must be met):

• Referral users complete their profile to 100%, including personal profile, work experience, education experience, project experience, etc.

• Referral users complete any achievement or exercise

• Referral users submit a job application once

• Referral users pass the education or work verification (TBD)

Reward:

• 1 token per successful referral for 1-10 referrals

• 2 tokens per successful referral for 11-20 referrals

• 3 tokens per successful referral for 21-30 referrals

• 4 tokens per successful referral for 31-40 referrals (Therefore, each user can earn up to 100 tokens by inviting others to register.)

Unlock condition: Cumulative for the month, linearly released in the next month.

1. Referral Match Rewards (13%)

Qualification: Users successfully refer others to match job positions, verified by the enterprise end (how to prevent cheating and reduce operation costs)

Reward: 100 tokens per successful referral match

Unlock condition: Cumulative for the month, linearly released in the next month.

Initial Boosting (2% / 2 million)

Qualification:

• Users who have completed education/work experience verification

• Users who have completed any Achievement/Exercise

• Users who have used the referral system

Reward: 10 tokens per user

Unlock condition: Locked for 3 months, linearly released in the next 3 months.
