A properly tailored job posting and description are important to attract the most suited applicants.

Employers can start by registering themselves, starting with basic information about the company. The job description will include the job title, type of employment, location, compensation, and other minor details. More jobs can be posted subsequently on the company page whenever there is a vacancy. You can find the 'Post Job' interface as

1. After connecting (login) your wallet, choose 'Find Talents' from the top and click on it.

1. You will be directed to your dashboard, but before that, you need to complete setting up the company profile.
