The applicant may 'Seek Talent' if he or she does not have the required on-chain achievement. Achievements are visible on the page following verification, and the applicant may continue with the application.
On the pop-up, it's possible to track progress. The candidate has the option to request more verifications, and the resume is updated for each achievement that is verified. These achievements and corresponding badges will help your profile stand out in the pool.
The following set of steps will help you navigate through this section and the different badges available on the platform.
Choose from the top or scroll down the to find the 'Achievement' tab.
You will find a list of different achievements related to web3. Click on the required achievement.
You can find tasks that have to be completed to mint the NFT and gain achievement. The time duration and other descriptions are mentioned on the same page.
Select the task and click on Start. You can find the task details and all you have to complete under it.
You can find achievements corresponding to NFT and DeFi knowledge, hackathons, exposure to different projects and networks, university-related events, etc. Each achievement will add uniqueness to your profile.
We establish a list of criteria for each achievement. Users only need to complete the certification of the corresponding conditions on the Talentre platform in order to obtain the corresponding Achievement; the platform will then convert the achievement into NFT and send it to the blockchain, creating an open, transparent, authentic record that is linked to the user's encrypted wallet.
